Anti-Metabo is dieting support software to prevent the metabolic syndrome, and to improve it.
An effective dieting can be achieved by a continuous dietary restriction and the movement, and it is also true that continuance is quite difficult.
To support those continuance in total, Anti-Metabo offers the following functions.

The following User Interface is changed by version 1.0.3, and operativeness has been improved.
